.....the civic reception I'm talking about.

Just shy of unprofessional today, no training 'til Thursday = happy with what we've got - no championship title.

Roy Keane has got it right - no open top bus nonsense - is the limit of Blues' ambition just getting to the Premiership? I fear it is on today's showing. Sunderland much more pofessional today and have their eye on the bigger picture.

Worried already.

With you all the way Keith. It's going to look a bit silly having a parade. Celebrating second place will make us look second rate.

Yes lets cancel it. then maybe we can get the club to ask the football lge to cancel our promotion in fact demote us to lge 1 then some would be really happy....... :banghead:

Yeah because I dont think we will be ready for August if the players waste an afternoon giving the fans a chance to get together and celibrate. :applause: :applause: :applause:

If Vile can celebrate something that happened last century, surely we can celebrate our promotion for 2006/07. I am so pleased that Blues are back.

What about all the young kids that never get to matches but are Blue to the core? Don't they deserve an opportunity to celebrate going up?

Celebrate..... life is short.

I bet all the 'cancel it' brigade celebrated like crazy when we went up via the play-offs in 2002.....and we didn't win the league then......we finished 5th!!

Promotion is promotion........people are reacting to the 1-0 defeat with the usual PMT mood swings again. Lets celebrate winning promotion - and i say, over the season "WELL DONE LADS!" :banner:

I know what's going on here.

Those who want it cancelled clearly want to go shopping tomorrow up town and are frightened any decent parking spaces are going to be bagged by revellers.

Naughty.

Oh ek!!! We've been rumbled. :LMAO:

well I said this earlier but I said we had finished 3rd (because we won the playoffs) but you are right we were FIFTH and everyone went mental

I am disappointed by today's result but delighted that we have achieved our aim and I fully intend celebrating with the players tomorrow
